This initiative aims to recover assets from users inactive for over a year. The total balance of these inactive accounts is approximately 29.16 billion KRW (about 201.8 million USD), with some accounts dormant for over a decade. The largest single dormant holding is valued at about 2.84 million USD, and some assets have seen returns exceeding 61,000%. Bithumb plans to notify affected customers to assist in account recovery, enhancing customer protection efforts.
