Bedrock Robotics, a U.S. autonomous construction machinery startup, has raised $600 million in a Series C funding round at a $4.1 billion valuation. The round was co-led by CapitalG and Emergence Capital, with participation from Valor Equity Partners, 8VC, Nvidia's NVentures, Eclipse, Georgian, Perry Creek Capital, and Temasek. This brings the company's total funding to nearly $1 billion.
The new capital will be used to expand paid deployments of Bedrock's autonomous excavators and other construction machinery. The company began taking on paid construction work at commercial job sites in August. Its valuation surged from $1.75 billion in February 2026 to $4.1 billion just eight months later. Co-founder and CEO Boris Sofman leads the company.
