Aave Labs has introduced an ARFC proposal on the Aave governance forum to activate Aave V4 on the Ethereum mainnet. The proposal outlines an initial deployment using conservative risk parameters and a hub-and-spoke configuration. Aave V4's deployment will feature three liquidity hubs—Core, Prime, and Plus—and ten spokes. The liquidity hubs will manage shared liquidity, while the spokes will define independent lending environments within governance boundaries. The proposal is currently in the community feedback stage, with plans to proceed to Snapshot voting and AIP deployment phases.
