These assets were subsequently distributed to exchanges including Binance, OKX, Coinbase, and Bybit, potentially for sale. Multicoin Capital had previously acquired 338,000 AAVE tokens at an average price of $219 in November 2025. With the current AAVE price around $99, the firm faces an estimated loss exceeding $40.56 million, marking a 55% decline in value.
