Notes:

1. Crypto Auto-Conversion: To seamlessly fund your card transactions, Phemex automatically converts your selected cryptocurrency to fiat. A dynamic crypto-to-fiat conversion spread—which incorporates standard platform processing costs is applied at the exact time of the transaction.

2. Foreign Exchange (FX): For transactions made in a currency other than your card's base settlement currency (USD), the baseline exchange rate is determined by the Card scheme network. Phemex may apply a standard conversion spread to the final settlement amount to cover cross-border processing.

Refund Policy：

If a transaction is refunded by the merchant, the following rules apply:

1. Auto-Conversion & Processing Spreads

Merchant refunds are processed strictly based on the final fiat amount returned, which is auto-converted back to your funding cryptocurrency at the prevailing market exchange rate at the exact time the refund clears. All original crypto auto-conversion spreads, platform processing costs, and foreign exchange network markups applied during the initial transaction are final and strictly non-refundable.

2. Cashback Clawback

If a fiat transaction is fully or partially refunded, the system will automatically deduct the exact cryptocurrency amount of the cashback previously credited. This deduction is strictly proportional to the refunded fiat value, locked at the original issuance rate.

Cashback Rewards：

Phemex offers up to 1% cashback on eligible purchases, with no maximum limit.

Cashback rewards are designed to help users achieve a near zero-cost spending experience when using the card.
