Excluded Merchant Categories (MCC)

Transactions made under the following Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) are not eligible for cashback:

Cashback Crediting Time and Account

1. Cashback earned from transactions in the current month will be credited to your Spot Account on the 10th of the following month (UTC).

2. Cashback only applies to completed transactions that meet the eligible MCC compliance requirements.

Note: If your card is frozen, cashback will not be credited on the 10th of the following month. Cashback will only be credited on the 10th of the month after the card is unfrozen.

How to View Your Cashback Records

1. You can go to the Phemex Card homepage to track your cashback reward history.

2. Your cashback balance will be updated after eligible transactions are processed and settled.

• Total Cashback Rewards = Credited Rewards + Locked Rewards

• Credited Rewards: Cashback that has already been credited to your Spot Account.

• Locked Rewards: Cashback calculated from eligible transactions in the current or previous month that has not yet been unlocked. These rewards will be credited on the next settlement date.

Note: Cashback rewards are not reflected instantly and may be delayed due to processing time.

Cashback Adjustments for Refunds

1. If a transaction is refunded, the cashback associated with that transaction will be adjusted accordingly.

2. After a refund is processed, the system will automatically deduct the cashback proportionally based on the refunded amount.

1. Phemex is not responsible for any inability to receive cashback caused by transaction processing delays.
