Phemex has partnered with Legend Trading, a fast, secure, and fully licensed Money Services Business (MSB). As a legally compliant vendor, Legend Trading enables Phemex users to safely deposit USD/GBP/CHF/EUR/JPY/AUD through bank transfers.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to deposit fiat with Bank Transfer:
- Register or make sure you are logged into your Phemex account.
- Go to the home page, click “Buy Crypto” and click “Fiat Deposit”.
NOTE: *Completion of KYC is mandatory for Fiat Deposit. Legend Trading might need extra verification (such as questionnaire surveys, etc.) even when the user is KYC verified on Phemex.
1. Choose the desired fiat currency, and enter the amount of fiat you want to deposit.
2. Choose a Payment Method. Take Euro as an example. You can send funds to Legend Trading via Wire Transfer and funds usually arrive in 1-3 days. Click the Deposit button when ready.
3. If you have not completed Phemex authentication, please first finish KYC Identity Verification.
Note: For the safety of your transaction, you may also jump to the questionnaire to fill out the page, please fill in the real situation and submit.
4. If your KYC identity verification is approved after you click the Deposit button, you will be redirected to a page showing you how to complete the deposit recharge. Please follow the instructions to make transfers through your online banking or mobile app.
When choosing Wire Transfer:
- Sign into your bank account, locate the Transfer menu and initiate the transfer.
- Enter the corresponding bank information from the screen below.
- **IMPORTANT** Include the corresponding Reference Code below in your wire message. In most cases, you can enter it in the “Additional information”, “Memo” or “Instructions” field. This code is used to match the deposit to your account. Without it, the deposit may be delayed or returned.
- Click on the “YES, I JUST MADE A DEPOSIT” button when you complete the fund transfer.
- After you make the transfer, please wait patiently for the funds to arrive in your Phemex fiat account. Please note that it generally takes 1 – 3 working days for your funds to arrive.
- You can check your “Assets-Fiat Account” to view if you have been credited successfully. Once the deposit to the fiat account is successful, you can use “My fiat balance” to buy crypto with One-Click Buy/Sell.
Note:
- As per regulation request, please complete the purchase of cryptocurrency within 30 days, after your deposited fiat is credited into Fiat Wallet.
- Any unused Fiat Balance will be automatically converted to USDT during 31st day (since your Fiat is credited).
- If the deposit is delayed, please contact Legend Trading (submit a ticket) to receive direct assistance.
6. To view your order history, please click on Orders in the upper right hand corner.
