1. What credit/debit cards does Phemex support?
Currently Visa and Mastercard payments are supported.

2. In which countries/regions can I buy coins with a credit/debit card?
Visa/Mastercard payments are available in the following countries and regions: European Economic Area (EEA) Countries, Non-EEA Countries. For more information, please refer to our article.
3. What fiat currencies and coins are available for purchases with my credit/debit card?
Coin: USDT/BTC/USDC/ETH
Fiat Currencies: 30+ fiat currencies(USD, EUR, CAD, CHF, AUDGBP, etc.)
4. Are there any fees associated with credit/debit card payments?
Yes. Please refer to the table below for details:
- Card Issuing Region: EEA Countries, Fee Per Transaction : 0.08%
- Card Issuing Region: Non-EEA Countries, Fee Per Transaction: 2.8%
- Card Issuing Region: UK & US, Fee per transaction: 3.5%

Also please note that some banks might charge a Cash Advance Fee on your credit card.
5. Is there a transaction limit per user?
Yes. Please see the below for more details:
Limit per transaction: Min $25 equivalent, Max $5000 equivalent.
Daily Transaction Total: $10,000 equivalent
6. Are there any KYC requirements for credit/debit card payments?
Yes, for first-time purchases KYC Identity Verification is necessary for security purposes. Additional verification might be required from our third party.
7. How many credit/debit cards can I link to my account at the same time?
You can bind up to five credit/debit cards including any unbound cards from the last 30 days. You can click on Payment Card on the upper righthand corner of the Buy Crypto with Credit/Debit Card page to view and edit your bound cards.
*Please note that if the first card you link is unbound then added again, it is considered a new card.
8. Do sub-accounts support credit/debit card payment?
Currently, they do not. However, you can make purchases with your Main Account and then transfer the purchased assets to your sub-account.
9. How long does it take for coins to be credited to my wallet?
Coins will be credited to your account immediately after the purchase is complete.
10. Why might the card binding fail?
When you enter card information, note that you can only pay with credit cards in your name. This means the cardholder name must be consistent with your registered name (KYC name) on Phemex.
If it's something else, usually a denial from the issuer, try a different credit card.
Note: Debit cards are 35% more likely to succeed.
11. What should I do if my order has been pending for a long time?
Usually, orders are completed within seconds. If the order fails to be processed successfully, you can log in to your Phemex Account and click on the support icon in the bottom right hand corner to contact Phemex LiveChat support.
12. If my purchase fails, how do I get back the amount I paid?
If your order is not successful, then funds will not be deducted from your account.
If you’ve encountered an issue, it could be due to several reasons. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve your card payment issues.
13. Where can I view my order history?
Click on Orders on the upper right-hand corner of the Buy Crypto with Credit/Debit Card page to view your order history.
14. Where can I check the coins I purchased once the order is complete?
Please click on Assets –> Spot Account to view your purchased coins.
