A mysterious entity with funding traced to Tornado Cash has accumulated 3,000.5 ETH worth approximately $7.06 million since October 23, subsequently swapping the holdings for BTC through cross-chain protocol THORChain, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi.
The entity demonstrated a pattern of selling ETH at price peaks and buying back during dips: it sold at $3,109 in January 2026, again at $2,679 in September 2026, and repurchased at $2,353 in October 2026 before executing the latest accumulation and cross-chain swap.
