Spain's Ministry of the Interior has announced the launch of the first "International Advanced Course on Digital Asset Traceability and Seizure." This training initiative is a collaboration between Spain's Center for Intelligence against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO) and blockchain analytics firm TRM Labs. Approximately 30 senior law enforcement officers will participate in the program, which aims to enhance the technical capabilities of Spanish authorities in tracking and seizing cryptocurrencies involved in criminal activities. The initiative is part of a broader effort to combat organized crime and terrorism financing more effectively.
