Seturion, a tokenized securities settlement platform under the Stuttgart Stock Exchange Group, has announced a partnership with Société Générale and its cryptocurrency subsidiary SG-Forge to develop a blockchain-based securities settlement system in Europe. The collaboration also includes online broker flatexDEGIRO.
Société Générale will issue tokenized structured securities, including Turbo warrants and investment certificates, on the Seturion platform. SG-Forge, which holds a crypto-assets market license from French regulators, will manage transaction settlements using its CoinVertible euro and USD stablecoins, EURCV and USDCV. flatexDEGIRO will integrate the platform with its European retail distribution channels to facilitate tokenized securities trading.
