Keel Infrastructure Corp. (formerly Bitfarms) sold 2,520 Bitcoin for approximately $192 million in the third quarter, effectively liquidating its entire Bitcoin treasury. The divestiture aligns with the company's strategic pivot toward AI data center infrastructure, during which it plans to sell all newly mined Bitcoin on a daily basis rather than holding reserves. The sale follows Keel's shutdown of all U.S. Bitcoin mining operations earlier this year as part of its broader transition away from pure-play crypto mining. Since April, the company had already offloaded 1,085 BTC ahead of the final Q3 liquidation that emptied its holdings.
