Entropy.io, a HIP-3 deployer on Hyperliquid, has raised $14 million in a financing round led by Ribbit Capital. The company also secured $40 million in HYPE staking support.
Entropy’s first market, Anthropic pre-IPO, is now live on Hyperliquid. The project operates as an independent market deployer under Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 framework, offering perpetual contract trading for global stocks, commodities, indices and long-dated pre-IPO shares. Its team includes researchers and traders from Citadel Securities, Optiver, Polymarket and Millennium, and it is focused on building a liquidity-weighted oracle for pre-IPO assets and around-the-clock trading across all assets.
