Blockchain and AI application platform EasyA has filed a draft registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as it prepares for a direct listing in the first half of 2027. The company has reached an independent valuation of $1.1 billion ahead of its planned public market debut.
EasyA reports over 1.3 million users on its platform and is currently exploring the issuance of tokenized stocks. The company is also expanding its business focus toward tokenization projects and applications involving AI agents.
