Compound has announced the resolution of the rsETH exploit, stating that all positions held by the attacker in WETH and wstETH Comets were liquidated over the weekend. The attacker’s rsETH holdings have been transferred to DeFi United. This action, coordinated with Aave and KelpDAO, mitigated market risk and safeguarded Compound's suppliers and protocol reserves. As a result, the transfer pause on Ethereum's WETH and wstETH Comets has been lifted, and all Comets are now operating normally.
