The plan mandates accelerating the integration of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, supercomputing, and computational medicine to empower drug research and development through interdisciplinary collaboration among enterprises, universities, and medical institutions. The initiative explores novel production models such as beyond-limit manufacturing, space pharmaceuticals, and biomanufacturing. It also targets breakthroughs in frontier technologies including gene editing, precise molecular delivery, cell programming, next-generation brain-computer interfaces, and xenotransplanted organs to cultivate new industry growth points.
