Apex Group, Chainlink, T-REX Network, and the ERC-3643 Association have launched a modular compliance framework for onchain bonds aligned with Swift standards. The framework integrates regulated asset servicing with ERC-3643 asset-level identity, eligibility, and transfer rules, leveraging Chainlink CCIP cross-chain transfer capabilities and the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) to enable compliance requirements to be deployed once and reused across multiple chains.
As part of the initiative, Swift has officially joined the ERC-3643 Association. The participating parties plan to showcase end-to-end digital asset workflows at the Singapore FinTech Festival.
