Solana development team Anza issued an urgent call for mainnet-beta validators to upgrade to Agave v4.4.1, warning that unpatched nodes will be forked out of the network. The update applies a minimum loaded data size limit to loader-v3 ProgramData accounts. The enforcement is scheduled for epoch 1079, expected around November 6 at 21:30 Beijing Time (UTC+8). Validators that fail to install the patch before this deadline will be excluded from consensus participation on the affected network.
