Alibaba has introduced QwenWake, an advanced AI agent designed to function as a "digital employee" in various roles such as programmer and analyst. This enterprise-grade tool significantly reduces root cause analysis time from 30 minutes to just 2 minutes. QwenWake utilizes a Harness-First architecture, storing experiences across five dimensions to enhance efficiency by reusing prior knowledge. The initial role, "Digital Programmer," is already operational, with more roles like Digital Analyst and Digital Customer Manager to follow. The Qoder mobile app complements this by allowing remote task management via smartphones. QwenWake is currently available for invite-only testing.
