General Rules and Terms
- 1. Users must register on the event page before participating in the event. Users only need to register once to participate in all activity modules under this Ultimate Championship, excluding the Team Trading Showdown .
- 2. Users must complete KYC to be eligible for rewards.
- 3. If a user joins a Trading Showdown team before actively registering for the event, the user will be deemed to have completed event registration and joined the corresponding team at the same time.
- 4. API users, sub-accounts, MM, brokers, and institutional accounts are not eligible to register for or participate in this event.
- 5. Users from Excluded Jurisdictions as defined in Phemex Terms of Service and Super Prediction Terms (as applicable) are not eligible to participate in this event.
- 6. Users must complete event registration and meet the participation requirements, trading requirements, ranking requirements, and risk control review requirements of the corresponding activity module before receiving rewards.
- 7. Being listed on a leaderboard does not guarantee rewards. If a user fails to meet the reward threshold, is subject to negative-profit restrictions, fails to meet trading volume requirements, has abnormal data, or fails the risk control review, the platform reserves the right not to issue rewards.
- 8. All event rewards are USDT bonuses. Mystery boxes may include bonuses, tokens, position trial vouchers, physical rewards, and other rewards. Specific rewards are subject to the rewards displayed on the event page. Platform benefit vouchers such as futures bonuses and position airdrop vouchers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Please refer to “How to use the bonus and position voucher？” for details.
- 9. Phemex may, at its sole discretion, replace any physical reward with cash equivalent in USDT where: (i) physical delivery is impractical; (ii) the user's jurisdiction prohibits import of the item; (iii) customs/tax/regulatory restrictions apply; (iv) the user fails to provide required shipping information within 30 days of notification; or (v) other reasonable circumstances.
- 10. Rewards will usually be distributed within 15 business days after the end of the event or the corresponding event stage. In the event of delays caused by data review, risk control review, system processing, abnormal user accounts, or force majeure, Phemex reserves the right to postpone reward distribution.
- 11. All trading volume, task amounts, and leaderboard data will be converted into USD based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Event data shall be subject to Phemex’s backend system records.
- 12. Zero-fee trades will not be included in system statistics. Any trading volume related to discounts, vouchers, rewards, or coupons will be excluded from event statistics or adjusted proportionally.
- 13. Due to network delays, system updates, data synchronization, exchange rate fluctuations, cache delays, or other technical reasons, the data displayed on the event page may differ from the final settlement data. The final event data and reward settlement results shall be subject to Phemex’s backend system records.
- 14. In the event of world cup schedule adjustments, delays or disputes in official match results, system failures, abnormal data, force majeure, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances affecting the fairness and normal operation of the event, Phemex reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the event.
- 15. If a user engages in any of the following behaviors, Phemex reserves the right to disqualify the user from participation and rewards: bulk registration, fake trading, exploiting loopholes for arbitrage, account sharing, volume manipulation, or any other activity that violates the platform’s fairness principles.
- 16. The event strictly prohibits bulk account registration, volume manipulation, wash trading, self-trading, market manipulation, account sharing, malicious arbitrage, exploitation of system loopholes, use of automated tools or scripts, circumvention of platform risk control rules, and other similar behaviors. Once detected, Phemex reserves the right to immediately disqualify the user from the event, rankings, and rewards.
- 17. Phemex reserves the final right of interpretation regarding the event rules, reward distribution, user eligibility, abnormal case handling, and related matters.
- 18. All event data shall be subject to Phemex’s system statistics. Phemex reserves the final right of interpretation.
- 19. This event is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple is not a sponsor or partner of this event.
- 20. Spot trading volume includes Spot, Margin, Convert, and On-chain spot trading. Spot trading volume does not include stablecoin trading pairs, including but not limited to USDC/USDT, USD1/USDT, USDE/USDT, USDP/USDT, USDS/USDT, and FRAX/USDT.
Ultimate Championship: Victory Rush Rules and Terms
- 1. The Ultimate Championship Victory Rush consists of three modules: Victory Predictions, Mystery Box Draws, and Golden Ball Tasks.
- 2. Golden Balls are: (a) non-transferable and non-assignable; (b) non-redeemable for cash, fiat currency, or any cryptoasset outside this Event; (c) have no monetary value outside this promotional Event; (d) not a security, financial instrument, derivative, virtual asset under MiCA, e-money, or stored value facility under any applicable law; (e) not a refundable deposit or prepaid balance; (f) automatically forfeited upon Event expiry with no refund or compensation. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to such characterization and waive any claim to the contrary.
- 3. Users can earn Golden Balls by completing tasks displayed on the event page. Task completion status, Golden Ball distribution status, and final reward results shall be subject to Phemex’s system records.
- 4. Task data will be counted from the time the user completes event registration. Tasks completed before registration will not be counted toward task rewards.
- 5. Task data is updated once every 30 minutes. Users may receive Golden Ball rewards within 30 minutes after completing a task.
- 6. The victory prediction prize pool sharing data will be counted from the time the user registers for the event. Users must complete their predictions before the deadline of the corresponding prediction stage to participate in the corresponding prize pool sharing.
- 7. The victory prediction rewards will be settled after the results of the corresponding stage are confirmed. Users who make successful predictions will share the prize pool according to the rules of the corresponding prediction node. If prize pool distribution involves decimals, precision handling, minimum distribution amount limits, or other system processing rules, the final settlement results of the platform shall prevail.
- 8. The victory prediction results shall be based on official match results and data sources recognized by Phemex. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, result adjustment, or other uncontrollable circumstances, Phemex reserves the right to adjust the prediction time, settlement time, or reward distribution method based on the actual situation.
- 9. Once a user submits a prediction, it cannot be modified or submitted repeatedly. The number of participants allowed for each prediction node shall be subject to the rules displayed on the event page.
- 10. Once Golden Balls are consumed, they will not be refunded if the user’s prediction fails, the user does not win, or the user fails to receive rewards due to personal reasons.
- 11. Each Mystery Box draw costs 3 Golden Balls. Draw rewards, winning probabilities, reward quantities, inventory, and distribution methods shall be subject to the information displayed on the event page.
- 12. Mystery Box draw rewards shall be subject to the system draw results. Users who win rewards must still meet event eligibility and risk control review requirements. If a user engages in abnormal behavior or does not meet event eligibility requirements, the platform reserves the right to cancel the user’s draw rewards.
- 13. Each reward node under daily check-in tasks, advanced tasks, and tiered tasks can only be claimed once. If a user meets multiple nodes at the same time, the event page displays and system records shall prevail.
- 14. Spot & Futures Trading Volume, or VOL, refers to the total trading volume of all eligible spot and futures trading pairs during the event period, calculated in USD.
- 15. Copy trading volume / trading days calculation: both newly opened positions and closed positions initiated during the campaign are included in copy trading volume / trading days calculations. Multiple new positions opened by the same trader under the same futures contract will be counted independently.
- 16. For strategy trading tasks, if a user creates multiple strategies, each tiered reward will only be issued once and will be calculated based on the strategy that meets the requirements and has the longest running time.
- 17. Strategy running time refers to the accumulated running time of new strategies created by the user during the event period. Once a single strategy reaches a corresponding reward tier for the first time, the user may receive the reward for that tier. Each user can only claim each reward tier once.
- 18. Strategy investment amount only includes the user’s own funds. Funds from discounts, rewards, or promotional vouchers, including but not limited to Strategy Vouchers, Trading Bot Vouchers, and Bonuses, will not be included in the calculation.
- 19. Eligible deposits are limited to funds generated through fiat purchases, such as credit/debit card purchases, bank transfers, third-party payments, or C2C transactions. Internal transfers between accounts on the Phemex platform are not included.
- 20. The system will convert non-USD fiat deposit amounts into USD based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of successful deposit.
- 21. The task assessment standard is “net deposit,” which means: total deposits during the event period minus total withdrawals during the event period.
- 22. When spending on non-USD currencies or local fiat currencies, the system will convert the amount into USD based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of settlement.
- 23. Users who participate in this event and complete designated social media tasks, such as following the official X/Twitter account, or community tasks, such as joining the official community, on the event page will receive the corresponding Golden Ball rewards.
- 24. Lucky Mystery Boxes: After claiming a Mystery Box, users should open it promptly to receive rewards. Claimed but unopened Mystery Boxes will expire at 09:59:59 UTC on July 20, 2026. Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 25. Unused Golden Balls and unopened Mystery Boxes have no cash value and will not be refunded or compensated in any form upon expiry. Golden Ball expiry constitutes immediate forfeiture and is not a deferred refund obligation.
- 26. The validity period of benefits included in Mystery Box rewards shall be subject to the actual validity period of the benefits issued by the platform.
- 27. Copy trading, trading bots, and On-chain Derivatives trading volume will be included in the calculation. The trading volume of the main account includes the trading volume of all its sub-accounts.Derivatives trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
- 28. API trading and zero-fee trading will not be counted. Any trading volume related to discounts, rewards, or coupons will be excluded from event statistics or adjusted proportionally.
- 29. Users must not complete tasks or participate in predictions / draws through abnormal trading, volume manipulation, wash trading, fake trading, bulk registration, associated accounts, or other improper methods. If the platform determines that a user has engaged in abnormal behavior, Phemex reserves the right to cancel the user’s task rewards, prediction rewards, draw rewards, and event participation eligibility.
