Trading Showdown Rules and Terms
- 1. The Futures & Spot Trading Showdown consists of the Team Competition, Individual Futures PNL Leaderboard, and Individual Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard.
- 2. Users must join a team to participate in the Team Competition. No additional registration is required for individual leaderboards. Once users complete event registration and generate eligible trading activity, they will be included in the corresponding leaderboard statistics.
- 3. If a user joins a team before actively registering for the event, the user will be deemed to have completed event registration and joined the corresponding team at the same time.
- 4. Users may change their team before 19:00 UTC on June 11, 2026. After this time, national teams cannot be changed.
- 5. After 19:00 UTC on July 14, 2026, users can no longer join a team, but may still participate in individual competitions.
- 6. In the Team Competition, users must reach a personal trading volume of at least 5000 USDT to participate in team reward sharing.
- 7. Team Competition rankings are calculated based on the team’s trading volume multiplied by the team coefficient. The team coefficient is determined by the final result of the corresponding national team in the Ultimate Championship.
- 8. Individual rewards within each team will be shared proportionally based on trading volume. Users must meet the individual trading volume requirement to participate in team reward sharing.
- 9. Trading volume used for Team Competition and Trading Showdown prize pool unlocking is calculated as “Futures Trading Volume + Spot Trading Volume × 10.” Spot trading volume displayed on the Individual Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard is not multiplied by 10.
- 10. Data for the Team Competition, Individual Futures PNL Leaderboard, and Individual Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard will be counted from the start time of the event and will not be affected by the user’s registration time.
- 11. Rewards for the Team Competition leaderboard and individual competition leaderboards account for 70% and 30% of the prize pool respectively.
- 12. The Individual Futures PNL Leaderboard prize pool accounts for 65% of the individual competition prize pool, meaning total prize pool × 30% × 65%. The Individual Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard prize pool accounts for 35% of the individual competition prize pool, meaning total prize pool × 30% × 35%.
- 13. For the Individual Futures PNL Leaderboard, users must generate futures trading activity to be listed. Users without trading activity will not be displayed on the leaderboard.
- 14. For the Individual Futures PNL Leaderboard, users with negative PNL may be listed on the leaderboard but will not receive rewards.
- 15. Individual Futures PNL = realized PNL during the event period + unrealized PNL at the end of the event - unrealized PNL at the start of the event.
- 16. For the Individual Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard, users must generate spot trading activity to be listed. Users without trading activity will not be displayed on the leaderboard.
- 17. Team leaderboard data update frequency: leaderboard data is updated approximately every 30 minutes. The actual results shall be subject to system statistics at the end of the event. Final rankings will be updated before July 21, 2026.
- 18. Individual leaderboard data within each team updates frequency: leaderboard data is updated approximately every 30 minutes. The actual results shall be subject to system statistics at the end of the event. Final rankings will be updated before July 21, 2026.
- 19. Futures PNL leaderboard data update frequency: leaderboard data is updated every 30 minutes. The actual results shall be subject to system statistics at the end of the event. Final rankings will be updated before July 21, 2026.
- 20. Spot trading volume leaderboard data update frequency: leaderboard data is updated every 30 minutes. The actual results shall be subject to system statistics at the end of the event. Final rankings will be updated before July 21, 2026.
- 21. In the Futures PNL Leaderboard and Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard, users who enter a reward ranking may receive rewards according to their corresponding ranking, but must still pass the platform’s risk control review.
- 22. Spot trading volume includes Spot, Margin, Convert, and On-chain spot trading. Spot trading volume does not include stablecoin trading pairs, including but not limited to USDC/USDT, USD1/USDT, USDE/USDT, USDP/USDT, USDS/USDT, and FRAX/USDT.
- 23. Copy trading, trading bots, and On-chain Derivatives trading volume will be included in the calculation. API trading will not be counted. The trading volume of the main account includes the trading volume of all its sub-accounts.
- 24. Zero-fee trading will not be counted. Any trading volume related to discounts, rewards, or coupons will be excluded from event statistics or adjusted proportionally.
- 25. Futures trading volume includes futures and TradeFi-related futures trading. Futures trading volume excludes API trading, zero-fee trading, and other trades deemed by the platform to be ineligible under the event rules.
- 26. Trading Showdown rewards will be distributed after the event ends, leaderboard data is frozen, and risk control review is completed. Team Competition rewards will be distributed based on the final team ranking, team prize pool distribution rules, and users’ individual reward eligibility. Rewards for the Individual Futures PNL Leaderboard and Individual Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard will be distributed based on final rankings and reward eligibility.
- 27. API trading and zero-fee trading will not be counted. Any trading volume related to discounts, rewards, or coupons will be excluded from event statistics or adjusted proportionally.
- 28. Users must not complete tasks or participate in predictions / draws through abnormal trading, volume manipulation, wash trading, fake trading, bulk registration, associated accounts, or other improper methods. If the platform determines that a user has engaged in abnormal behavior, Phemex reserves the right to cancel the user’s task rewards, prediction rewards, draw rewards, and event participation eligibility.
