Super Prediction Rules and Terms

1. 1. Super Prediction products are speculative in nature and may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Phemex makes no representation that Prediction Market products are available or lawful for use by any specific user. Participation is at the user's own risk. The Prediction Market specific Terms and Conditions shall govern Prediction Market activities and shall prevail over these Event rules in case of conflict.
2. 2. The Super Prediction trading event consists of three rounds of threshold-based prize pool sharing and the Prediction Trading Volume Leaderboard.
3. 3. Data for the three rounds of threshold-based prize pool sharing in the Super Prediction will be counted from the time the user registers for the event.
4. 4. Data for the Prediction Trading Volume Leaderboard will be counted from the start time of the event and will not be affected by the user’s registration time.
5. 5. For the three rounds of threshold-based prize pool sharing, users must place orders for the specified number of different events within the corresponding round and meet the corresponding trading amount threshold to participate in that round’s prize pool sharing.
6. 6. Super Prediction leaderboard data update frequency: leaderboard data is updated every 10 minutes. The actual results shall be subject to system statistics at the end of the event. Final rankings will be updated before July 21, 2026.
7. 7. Multiple orders placed under the same event will only count as 1 event and will not be counted repeatedly. The number of events will be recalculated for each round. Each Event counts as one instance; placing orders in different Markets under the same Event, or placing orders in the same Market, will both be counted as one Event.
8. 8. Super Prediction task data is updated every 30 minutes.
9. 9. Rewards for the three rounds of threshold-based prize pool sharing will be distributed equally among qualified users based on the number of eligible users after each round ends and data confirmation is completed.
10. 10. For the Prediction Trading Volume Leaderboard, users must generate Super Prediction trading activity to be listed. Users without trading activity will not be displayed on the leaderboard.
11. 11. In the Prediction Trading Volume Leaderboard, users who enter a reward ranking may receive rewards according to their corresponding ranking, but must still pass the platform’s risk control review.
12. 12. Prediction trading volume is calculated based on the user’s Super Prediction trading volume during the event period.
13. 13. Activity PNL = realized PNL during the event period + unsettled PNL at the end of the event - unrealized PNL at the start of the event.
14. 14. Max Capital Used refers to the maximum position value during the event period. Positions already held at the start of the event will be included in Max Capital Used and calculated based on opening cost, not the market value at the time of snapshot.
15. 15. Rewards for the Prediction Trading Volume Leaderboard will be distributed after the event ends, leaderboards are locked, and risk control review is completed.
16. 16. Users must not complete tasks or participate in predictions / draws through abnormal trading, volume manipulation, wash trading, fake trading, bulk registration, associated accounts, or other improper methods. If the platform determines that a user has engaged in abnormal behavior, Phemex reserves the right to cancel the user’s task rewards, prediction rewards, draw rewards, and event participation eligibility.
