Tranche Vault on Avalanche suffered an exploit resulting in approximately $1.01 million stolen, according to Blockaid monitoring data reported October 28. The attack targeted the vault involving Fence Finance and Valinor Digital.
The attacker executed a flash loan to mint inflated tranche shares, then redeemed the remaining USDC from the vault. Two transactions have so far drained roughly $1.01 million from the protocol.
