Payments would be issued on the next business day, a move the company states aims to reduce reinvestment lag, enhance liquidity, and improve price stability.
Shareholder voting on the proposal begins October 5 and concludes October 28. If approved, STRC would commence with a record date of November 1 and payment on November 2, while STRF, STRK, and STRD would begin with a record date of January 1, 2027, and payment on January 4, 2027.
