SemiAnalysis has acquired independent investment research firm Citrini Research, according to Bloomberg. Citrini founder James van Geelen will temporarily remain CEO following the transaction. Citrini Research will retain a degree of operational independence rather than being fully integrated into the SemiAnalysis brand. The transaction price was not disclosed.
