These vaults will facilitate the distribution of regulated tokenized assets, adhering to anti-money laundering standards based on Bermuda's stablecoin regulations and the U.S. GENIUS Act.
The company emphasized Bermuda's Digital Asset Business regime, which has previously licensed major crypto entities such as Circle and Coinbase, as a supportive environment for its innovative offerings.
