The preliminary terms for a token-for-share exchange between Pharos and GCL New Energy have been largely fulfilled, with final regulatory procedures underway.
GCL Group, a prominent player among the World's Top 500 Brands, will collaborate with Pharos to leverage its overseas renewable energy and computing power assets. This partnership aims to establish a global A2A decentralized trading market based on real-world assets. Pharos plans to use long-term earnings from these partnerships for PROS buybacks and distribute dividends as airdrops to PROS holders.
