The attacker behind the NEAR Intents exploit has transferred 1 BNB to a designated recovery wallet with an on-chain message offering cooperation and requesting a Signal contact. The transaction originated from the same address that previously moved approximately $3.8 million in stolen funds. Approximately one hour prior to the BNB transfer, the same address sent 0.295 ETH on the Ethereum network with an identical message. NEAR Intents General Manager Alex Shevchenko confirmed the communication attempt, marking a potential shift toward negotiation following the security breach.
