Azure revenue surged 48% year-over-year, while Microsoft Cloud revenue hit $63.9 billion, growing 30%. Commercial remaining performance obligations expanded 73% to $677 billion. The company spent $39.4 billion on property and equipment during the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
CFO Amy Hood confirmed that revenue, operating income, and earnings per share all exceeded expectations.
