Lido has updated the fee model for EarnUSD, shifting to a performance-weighted structure capped at 0.5% management and 20% performance fees. At launch, fees are set at 0.2% management and 15% performance, replacing the previous 1% management and 10% performance fee schedule.
The protocol stated that reducing the base management fee from 1% to 0.2% lowers holding costs during low-yield periods, while the increased performance fee cap aligns costs more closely with actual returns. All applicable fees will be transparently displayed on the EarnUSD vault interface.
