Consensys has announced a new interoperability stack built on its proprietary CLIP protocol. The stack will support the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) standard and the Ethereum Economic Zone framework, enabling cross-chain connectivity across major blockchain ecosystems. The company plans to add Canton network connectivity to the stack in a future update, expanding its reach into additional institutional-grade blockchain environments.
