China's National Information Security Vulnerability Sharing Platform (CNVD) issued a security advisory on a PHP remote code execution vulnerability, urging information system operators to comprehensively inventory their network assets and reduce public-network exposure. The advisory recommends affected users download and update to the latest version through official channels, while those unable to patch immediately should monitor for abnormal PHP process terminations, suspicious system command invocations, unfamiliar process creation, and abnormal file writes, retaining logs for traceability analysis. CNVD advised organizations to narrow internet-facing surfaces under the principle of "no internet access unless necessary." Units lacking immediate remediation capacity should implement temporary measures including network isolation, access restrictions, and taking non-essential business systems offline.
