Aave has announced that Kelp DAO, a liquid staking protocol, has completed the second-to-last transfer of rsETH to the LayerZero escrow contract. The final batch is scheduled for delivery on Monday, which will fully restore the asset backing of rsETH. Aave also reported that the loan-to-value ratio for WETH has returned to pre-incident levels, with all markets functioning normally.
