Gala Price Prediction 2026-2030: Will GALA Reach $0.0203 or Fall to $0.0014?

Key Points

Gala Games' GalaChain blockchain runs on GALA, which closed 2 October 2026 at $0.00264 on Phemex spot after a 17.33% jump. Our Gala price prediction sets the 2026 base case at $0.00187 to $0.00264. Hitting the $0.02031 high close of 21 July 2025 takes a 669.3% rise, and the $0.0014 low close of 18 August 2026 lies 47.0% lower.

Gala's node operators voted in April 2026 for emissions that start at 15% a year. CoinMarketCap's GALA count then grew 1,863,383,633 tokens in the 93 days from 1 July to 2 October, a 15.07% annual pace. At that pace a flat market value buys a price 13.10% lower each year.

What Is Gala?

GALA is the Gala Games token and the gas token of GalaChain, the layer-1 chain Gala built for its games and entertainment apps. Gala's tokenomics help page says emissions to Founder's Nodes began on 11 September 2020 with no token sale. The same page counts 50,000 Founder's Nodes, which share the daily distribution when they stay online.

Gala's games tie player items to NFTs and charge fees in GALA, the play-to-own model behind what GameFi is and how it works.

On Ethereum the token lives at 0xd1d2eb1b1e90b638588728b4130137d262c87cae. At 04:47 UTC on 3 October, galachain.com listed the chain's consensus as Proof of Authority with block times under two seconds.

Where Is the Gala Price After the 2 October Close?

GALA closed the 2 October bar at $0.00264 on Phemex spot, up 17.33% from $0.00225 on 1 October. CoinMarketCap printed $0.0026571 for the same close, a 17.73% gain. It was GALA's highest close since 20 June 2026, when it finished at $0.00271, and Phemex spot turnover reached $1,621,533 on the bar. That was 3.03 times the average of the prior 30 bars and the most since 21 August.

GALA outran a broad gaming-token bounce on the same bar. MANA rose 12.70% and ENJ 12.69%, APE added 11.38% and IMX 4.28%, while BTC slipped 0.42%. At 04:47 UTC on 3 October, Gala's news feed carried no post between the 29 September Mirandus update and the 2 October close, so no project statement explains the jump.

Longer windows read worse. GALA closed 54.79% below its $0.00584 finish of 31 December 2025, or 54.47% lower on CoinMarketCap. It also ended 83.94% under $0.01644, the highest of the 365 daily closes to 2 October, set on 6 October 2025. At CoinMarketCap's 2 October count of 50,377,097,243 GALA, the anchor close values the token at about $133.0 million.

Every level here comes from Phemex spot unless another feed is named. CoinGecko's GALA closes ran more than 5% off CoinMarketCap's on 65 of the 77 days from 9 January to 26 March 2026, which leaves CoinGecko's own 2 October close 0.03% under its own 200-day.

What Does Gala's Price History Show?

GALA's record close on CoinMarketCap is $0.7120888 on 28 November 2021, two days after an intraday high of $0.8366855. CoinGecko dates its record close to 25 November 2021 at $0.7317070, so the date depends on the feed. On CoinMarketCap the 2 October close stands 99.63% below that record, and getting back would take a 268-fold rise.

The 2023 contract migration left the price series intact. Gala's help page says a new GALA contract went live on 15 May 2023, the day the team burned about 20.9 billion tokens. CoinMarketCap's closes run straight through the switch, from $0.0303 on 15 May to $0.0324 on 16 May. Market caps don't carry across it, because CoinMarketCap's circulating count stayed at 6,977,205,436 until 7 June 2023.

The 2021 record is 268 times the anchor on CoinMarketCap, so the ladder uses H0, the latest advance above H1 built to H1's own scale. H1's leg rose 50.0%. The January 2026 rebound rose 33.7%, only 67% of that, so the ladder skips it. The July 2025 leg rose 62.0%, or 124% of H1's rise. GALA also has no cycle multiple, since no close after November 2021 has topped the record and its first advance began in the 2020 listing year.

Gala Technical Analysis

Every reading below uses Phemex spot daily closes from 7 January 2024 to 2 October 2026, with Wilder's 14-bar RSI and the standard 12-26-9 MACD.

Support

The first floors are recent closes, $0.00232 on 27 and 30 September and $0.00225 on 1 October. Below them come the $0.00216 close of 28 September and the 50-day average at $0.00187. Under the 50-day wait the $0.00154 intraday low of 16 September and L2, the $0.0014 close of 18 August 2026.

Resistance

The first ceiling is a shelf of June closes from $0.00271 to $0.00275, set between 11 and 20 June. The 2 October intraday high of $0.00276 sits right above it. Past that shelf you'd meet $0.00286 (the 3 June close), then the $0.00312 to $0.00316 closes of 31 May and 1 June. The $0.00329 close of 25 May comes next, before H1 at $0.00417, 58.0% above the anchor.

Moving Averages

The 50-day average closed the 2 October bar at $0.0018736 and the 200-day, covering closes from 17 March to 2 October 2026, at $0.0025287. That leaves the anchor 40.91% above the 50-day and 4.40% above the 200-day, with the 50-day itself 25.91% below the 200-day.

The 2 October close ended a run of 375 straight closes at or below the 200-day that began on 22 September 2025, and CoinMarketCap shows the same break. The trend signal is still the death cross of 1 October 2025, when the 50-day fell under the 200-day, and it holds until the 50-day climbs back over. Our explainer on the Bitcoin golden cross and death cross covers how traders read each one.

RSI and MACD

The 14-day RSI jumped to 70.50 on 2 October from 60.41 a bar earlier, its first reading above 70 since 10 May 2026. That earlier stretch above 70 ran from 8 to 10 May and began on the close that became H1, after which GALA fell 66.4% to L2.

MACD gives the steadier read, with the line at +0.00015645 against a signal of +0.00010945 for a histogram of +0.00004700. It crossed its signal line on 18 September and the zero line a day later.

Gala Price Prediction 2026

With 90 daily closes left in 2026, our GALA price prediction for the year runs off the averages and the closes nearest 2 October on Phemex spot.

Base

Closes hold between the 50-day and the anchor while supply grows about 20 million GALA a day
Bull
$0.00264-$0.01644
The anchor to the 365-session closing high of 6 Oct 2025 (Phemex spot)
A market value near $828 million at the 2 Oct supply, 6.2 times the anchor's $133.0 million, before a single day of new emission

Our lean is the base case. One close above the 200-day after 375 below it is a test, and we'd want a second close above $0.00253 before treating it as a turn. If you hold GALA, the first warning for the bear case is a daily close under $0.00225, which would erase the 2 October gain.

The bull case is where supply bites. When GALA closed at $0.01644 on 6 October 2025, CoinMarketCap counted 46.09 billion tokens, a market value of about $758 million. The same price at the 2 October 2026 count needs about $828 million, 9.3% more. Our guide on why token inflation kills altcoin prices runs the same arithmetic for a token inflating 15% a year.

Gala Price Prediction 2027 to 2030

Past 2026 the indicators stop helping, so a Gala coin price prediction for 2027 to 2030 has to come from levels GALA has printed. L2 is the $0.0014 close of 18 August 2026, the lowest close in two years on Phemex spot. H1 is the $0.00417 close of 8 May 2026, and H0 is the $0.02031 close of 21 July 2025.

Each bull range below is a market-value target that rises with supply. CoinMarketCap's count added about 5.4 million GALA a day from 14 to 27 May 2026 and about 20 million a day from 1 July to 2 October. At the 2 October supply, H0's $0.02031 would value GALA at about $1.023 billion, against about $921 million when it printed with 45.35 billion GALA counted.

$0.0014-$0.00264

2027

The bear range runs from L2, the 18 August 2026 close, to the 2 October 2026 anchor. The base runs from the anchor to H1, the 8 May 2026 close, a climb of 58.0%. The bull runs from H1 to H0, the 21 July 2025 close, because the 2021 all-time high is 268 times the anchor and H0 stands in for it. A year at the 15.07% supply pace would lift the market value H0 needs to about $1.18 billion.

2028

The bear range falls from L2 of 18 August 2026 to the 200-day average of 2 October 2026, $0.00253. The base runs from that 200-day to H0, the 21 July 2025 close, a band 8.0 times its own floor. The bull runs from H0's close to $0.02098, the intraday high of H0's own cycle on 21 July 2025, since GALA has no cycle multiple. At the 2 October supply, $0.02098 means a market value of about $1.057 billion.

2029 and 2030

A daily price series can't tell 2029 from 2030, so the two years share one set of ranges. The Gala price prediction for 2030 puts the bear case between L2, the 18 August 2026 close, and the 2 October 2026 anchor. The base runs from H1 of 8 May 2026 to H0 of 21 July 2025, and the bull repeats 2028's $0.02031 to $0.02098. New supply makes that top harder to reach with every year of emission.

What Could Drive Gala Higher or Lower?

The emission switch: Gala's 20 April 2026 proposal, GalaChain Is Evolving, asked Founder's Node operators for a 15% starting rate that decays 15% a year to a 1.5% floor. The Yes option's own wording says the change "replaces the 50 billion hard cap with a declining emission rate" and lifts Day 1 node rewards about 3.2 times. Operators voted from 20 April until the window closed at 00:00 UTC on 24 April, one vote per active Founder's Node. Gala's 30 April result post said "YES has passed" and published no vote counts.

CoinMarketCap's count grew at an annualised 4.40% from 1 January to 30 April 2026 and at 15.07% from 1 July to 2 October. Gala's news feed, read at 04:47 UTC on 3 October, has no post after 30 April that dates the switch.

Gas burns: The same vote sends 50% of every gas fee to node operators and burns the other 50%. The result post says burned tokens leave supply for good, ending the old model's minting after burns. Neither post gives a burn figure, so you can't size the offset to new emission from Gala's own pages. Our explainer on what it means to burn crypto covers how a burn cuts supply.

Game updates: Gala posted Mirandus Eternal Night updates on 15, 22 and 29 September 2026. The 29 September update added docks and ships, and players who sail their own ship pay a flat fee in GALA. Shrapnel's developer announced a move of the game's assets from Avalanche to GalaChain, per a March 2026 Gala post, as the shooter opened Steam Early Access.

The macro calendar: ISM's services PMI for September lands at 14:00 UTC on 5 October and the FOMC minutes at 18:00 UTC on 7 October. September CPI follows at 12:30 UTC on 14 October.

What Are the Risks of Investing in Gala?

Dilution is the risk you can measure. If you owned 1% of CoinMarketCap's GALA count on 1 July, you owned about 0.963% on 2 October without selling a token.

Gala's own pages disagree on the ceiling. Its tokenomics help page, last updated 19 August 2024 and read at 04:47 UTC on 3 October, still gives a max supply of 50,000,000,000. CoinGecko's field shows the same 50 billion, yet CoinGecko counted 50,376,519,579 GALA at 04:39 UTC on 3 October.

Security is the other dated risk. Gala's 14 September post-mortem says an AI-driven exploit agent moved about 2.0 billion GALA and roughly 37 other tokens out of nine GalaChain wallets on 18 August 2026. The first transfer landed at 02:21 UTC in block 10404040. Gala paused the bridge 2 hours and 47 minutes later and deployed a fix at 06:27 UTC, and the post gives no recovery figure. At the 17 August close of $0.00163 the GALA taken was worth about $3.26 million by our arithmetic. GALA closed 18 August at $0.0014, 14.1% lower on the day, and that close became L2.

It wasn't the first breach. Gala's 27 May 2024 incident report says a third-party contractor used a compromised minter key to create 5 billion GALA on 20 May 2024, and Gala later burned those tokens. Gala's account of an AI-driven attacker in August lines up with the shift our report on how AI became crypto's biggest attack weapon tracks in the first half of 2026.

Is Gala a Good Investment?

As a holding, GALA asks you to beat its own emission before you beat the market, because its market value has to grow about 15% a year to keep the price flat. It suits a Gala crypto trader who treats the 2 October close as a test of the $0.00253 200-day and sizes positions to the $0.00187 50-day. If you want a reason to hold for years, wait for Gala to publish burn figures you can set against 20 million new GALA a day.

How to Trade Gala on Phemex

Phemex lists GALA on spot as the GALA/USDT pair, live since 29 March 2022. Phemex has delisted both GALA perpetuals, the GALAUSDT contract and the inverse GALAUSD, so GALA has no live perpetual here.

To buy, fund your account with USDT and open the GALA/USDT spot market. A limit order helps with GALA because one $0.00001 tick equals 0.38% of the 2 October close. None of Phemex's futures contracts tracks GALA, so the futures link below opens other markets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Gala price prediction for 2026?

Our base case is $0.00187 to $0.00264, with a bear case of $0.0014 to $0.00187 and a bull case of $0.00264 to $0.01644. GALA would need a 121.2% gain from the anchor to finish 2026 level with its 31 December 2025 close, so only the top of the bull range ends the year up.

What is the Gala price prediction for 2030?

The 2030 ranges are $0.0014 to $0.00264 for the bear case, $0.00417 to $0.02031 for the base and $0.02031 to $0.02098 for the bull. On the vote's own terms the emission rate would still be 7.83% in the schedule's fifth year, by our arithmetic of four 15% cuts from 15%.

Is Gala bullish or bearish?

On the 50-day and 200-day test GALA is bearish, because the death cross of 1 October 2025 still stood at the 2 October close. That makes 367 straight closes with the 50-day under the 200-day, while the golden cross before it on 17 September 2025 lasted only 14 days.

What is Gala's key support?

The 50-day average at $0.00187 matters most, since GALA has closed above it every day since 17 September 2026. The last close below it came on 16 September at $0.00162, against a 50-day of $0.0017572 that day.

Can Gala reach its all-time high again?

Getting back to the $0.7120888 close of 28 November 2021 would take a 268-fold rise. At CoinMarketCap's 2 October count that price would value GALA at about $35.9 billion, and GALA hasn't closed above $0.10 on CoinMarketCap since 15 May 2022.

Bottom Line

GALA's chart broke its 200-day on 2 October, but its supply never stopped growing, and that sets the hurdle for every bull range above $0.00264. At about 20 million new tokens a day, holding the anchor price means the market has to carry roughly $52,900 more GALA every day.

Our read flips on two closes. A second daily finish above the $0.00253 200-day would turn one break into a trend we'd trade, and a slip back under the $0.00187 50-day would put the bear range in play. Until Gala publishes what its gas burns remove, we'd treat the base range as GALA's likeliest 2026 path.
