Boerse Stuttgart Group, a leading German securities trading platform, is set to merge its cryptocurrency division with Frankfurt-based digital asset trader Tradias. The merger will create a new business unit with around 300 employees, jointly managed by teams from both companies. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
