Bilibili's Index LLM team has released Index-Translate, a multilingual translation model family built on Qwen3.5. Model weights for 2B, 9B, and 35B-A3B text variants are now openly available on Hugging Face and ModelScope. The models support 150 languages and accept specific instructions for terminology and formatting. Capabilities extend to subtitle dubbing, syllable-controllable translation, and long-document processing scenarios.
