Ethereum Layer 2 network Zero Network has announced its gradual shutdown, redirecting resources to the Zerion API and wallet. Users are required to transfer their NFTs, ETH, or other tokens from Zero Network to the Ethereum mainnet or other chains by July 31, 2026. Cross-chain deposits have been disabled immediately, while withdrawals will remain open until the deadline, after which the network will cease operations and stop producing blocks. Zero Network, developed by DeFi and NFT portfolio manager Zerion, previously secured over $22 million in funding from investors including Wintermute and Coinbase Ventures.
