Zama, a project specializing in fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), plans to sell 10% of its ZAMA token supply through a sealed Dutch auction. The auction, which will utilize FHE to maintain bid privacy, is scheduled from January 12 to 15, with token claims available starting January 20. The mainnet launch is anticipated by the end of the year.
The auction will allocate 8% of the tokens through bidding, while the remaining 2% will be sold at a fixed price after the auction concludes. Notably, there will be no lock-up period for the purchased tokens. Zama has previously secured $130 million in funding to support its initiatives.
