Zama, a project specializing in fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), plans to sell 10% of its ZAMA token supply through a sealed Dutch auction. The auction, which ensures bid privacy using FHE, will take place from January 12 to 15, with token claims available starting January 20. The sale includes 8% of tokens sold via bidding and 2% at a fixed price post-auction, with no lock-up period for purchased tokens. Zama has previously raised $130 million in funding and aims to launch its mainnet by the end of the year.
