Blockchain investigator ZachXBT has raised concerns about the cryptocurrency gambling project Spartans and its connection to BlockDAG Network. According to ZachXBT, projects associated with Gurhan Kiziloz have raised at least $350 million from retail investors, with significant funds allegedly spent on luxury cars and real estate. BlockDAG, which has not delivered its mainnet and mining machines over the years, has recently shifted focus to a casino project.
ZachXBT suggests that the Spartans casino project may be used to legitimize BlockDAG's financial flows, including high payments to employees and key opinion leaders. Additionally, several collaborators have accused Spartans of payment delays and changes in cooperation terms, warning of potential exit scams. The project team has yet to provide a comprehensive response to these allegations.
