On-chain investigator ZachXBT has identified a hacker known as John, who allegedly holds $23 million in a wallet linked to a $90 million theft from the U.S. government in 2024. The wallet is also connected to several other unconfirmed thefts occurring between November and December 2025. ZachXBT shared these findings on social media, highlighting the ongoing investigation into the hacker's activities.
