YZi Labs and CEA Industries have concluded their dispute over agency rights by entering into a cooperation agreement. The agreement focuses on advancing the governance restructuring of BNC. As part of the deal, Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu, and Matthew Roszak have been appointed as company directors. Additionally, both parties will collaborate to appoint an independent director with expertise in digital assets, capital markets, and corporate governance of publicly listed companies.
