Yuga Labs has announced OpenSea as its official NFT marketplace for the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), Otherside, and other collections. The decision, revealed in an October 14 blog post, highlights a renewed partnership between the two companies, emphasizing a shared vision for digital ownership. This collaboration follows a previous split in 2023 over royalty enforcement issues. OpenSea, which rebranded in 2025 to accommodate multi-digital asset trading, will now host Yuga Labs' NFTs. This move marks a return to a platform that played a significant role in the NFT market's growth during the 2021 bull run, reinforcing OpenSea's position as a leading marketplace in the digital asset space.
