Xiaomi's MiMo-V2-Pro, also known as 'Hunter Alpha' on OpenRouter, has been ranked as the top cost-effective AI model by Artificial Analysis. The model, released on March 18, 2026, supports a 1 million token context window and offers a maximum output of 32,000 tokens. It is currently available for free and has achieved the highest score of 49 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index among models priced under $0.15 per million tokens. Community analysis has identified MiMo-V2-Pro as the same model that launched anonymously on OpenRouter on March 11. It ranks first in usage on the platform, consuming 500 billion tokens weekly. Although OpenRouter describes it as a 1-trillion-parameter model, Xiaomi has not confirmed this specification. The model's identity was corroborated by matching special tokens and self-identification during interactions. Xiaomi has yet to officially announce the MiMo-V2-Pro or its counterpart, MiMo-V2-Omni, which supports multiple input types and a larger context window.
