South Korean company Xecure has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with quantum-resistant infrastructure firm Naoris Protocol to establish a joint venture, Naoris Korea, in which Xecure holds a 51% stake. Naoris Protocol, known for integrating blockchain with quantum-resistant security technologies, has developed the Sub-Zero Layer mainnet and decentralized cryptographic proof technology (DPosec). Xecure aims to leverage this partnership to advance quantum-resistant encryption technologies in smart security USIM and financial IC card sectors, utilizing its existing hardware distribution network.
