An address linked to the X100 protocol attacker has deposited 821.2 ETH (approximately $1.89 million) into the Tornado Cash mixing service, according to security firm PeckShieldAlert. The deposit follows a flash loan governance attack on October 24 that resulted in losses of about $4.75 million for X100.
The X100 token suffered a severe price collapse following the exploit, dropping 96% within 24 hours. The use of Tornado Cash suggests an attempt by the attacker to obscure the trail of stolen funds through privacy-focused mixing protocols.
