World Liberty Financial, a cryptocurrency project linked to the Trump family, plans to launch a forex platform named World Swap. Co-founder Zak Folkman announced at the Consensus Hong Kong conference that World Swap will be part of the USD1 stablecoin ecosystem. The platform aims to simplify cross-border transfers and challenge traditional remittance services, which charge fees ranging from 2% to 10% per transaction. World Swap will enable users to send and receive digital dollars in a manner similar to mainstream payment apps.
