The 2nd World Humanoid Robot Games concluded on August 26 after a five-day competition featuring more than 100 models and over 2,000 humanoid robots. Organizers recorded thousands of hours of operational data and tens of thousands of motion captures during the event. Several performances surpassed records set at the previous edition. Humanoid robots completed the 100-meter run in under 10 seconds and achieved jumps of 3.4 meters. Robots also demonstrated practical tasks across multiple settings, including moving and loading materials in factories, tidying hotel rooms, picking and restocking goods in supermarkets, and handling dangerous situations at emergency sites.
