WisdomTree's Dovile Silenskyte has projected that Bitcoin could reach $280,000 by 2030, driven by ongoing monetary expansion and increasing institutional interest. Currently, Bitcoin is trading near its all-time high of $119,000, with institutional inflows contributing significantly to this rise. Over the past year, Bitcoin ETPs have attracted $37 billion, boosting global assets under management to $148 billion. The report highlights that public companies now hold nearly 5% of the circulating Bitcoin supply, and futures open interest has surged to $45 billion. Additionally, the DeFi sector has rebounded, with $150 billion locked in protocols, while tokenized real-world assets are emerging as a $28 billion market. Regulatory advancements, such as the U.S. GENIUS Act and Europe's MiCA, are further accelerating institutional adoption of cryptocurrencies.
