Vienna Private Bank has partnered with Real Finance to create a regulated framework for institutional access to blockchain assets. This collaboration aims to integrate traditional banking infrastructure with the REAL blockchain, allowing institutional clients to access on-chain financial products compliant with European regulations. Vienna Private Bank will provide core banking services, including fund custody and asset origination, under EU regulatory standards such as MiCA, KYC, and AML.
The partnership's initial phase will support approximately $50 million in on-chain assets, with plans to exceed $500 million in tokenized assets post-mainnet launch. The agreement also includes the issuance of euro-denominated assets to enhance liquidity in a regulated digital asset environment. Future plans involve exploring euro-denominated stablecoins on the REAL blockchain, pending regulatory approval. This initiative underscores a commitment to building compliant, institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure.
